As long as there are tickets remaining, you are welcome to upgrade! Unfortunately, the ticketing system does not allow for direct ticket upgrades. Therefore, you will need to purchase the upgraded ticket(s) and then send the confirmation numbers for both purchases to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we verify that the upgrade has been purchased, we will be able to issue a refund for the original purchase.
